great customer service helpful staff
the staff provided great customer service especially at the reception i found miguel and raul were very helpful they tried their best to make my short stay easy i arrived with a late flight the breakfast was good from 8 am to 1:30 pm with lovely staff dina assisting.
the safety box came at an extra cost to use and was not included in the original price

noise level extra fee
the staff was friendly i guess, and location was close enough to the beach, a short walk away.
the noise here was awful. i couldn't sleep due to other guests partying near the pool area. plus, there weren't a fridge in the room, a real inconvenience, and i had to pay extra just to use the safety box. it was a vacation, but i left even more tired than when i arrived.

decent stay near the beach
helpful staff unlimited brunch noisy room missing fridge
the location was convenient it was close to the beach. the staff were friendly and helpful . the unlimited brunch was a plus with many options available. i appreciated the variety and quality of the food.
my room was quite noisy this was a problem for sleeping. i could hear neighbors moving furniture and children running in the hallway. the room also lacked a fridge which would have been useful especially during the summer months. i missed having a cold drink available.

tidy gym short walk
The hotel is close to stores and supermarkets. The beach is a short walk for sunset views. The gym had a tidy setup and pool also seemed nice.
Some noise from neighbors can be heard through the walls.
